I have some gorgeous mahogany that Don picked out just for me. That much I'm sure of. I would love to share pictures with you, but where it is right now is anyone's guess. I don't get to caress it until tomorrow morning.

Lillian, i can't wait to see your zoot too. hang in there sis, the suspense is almost over!

Peter, last week i received a nice mandolin Lutz top set from my bro Shane Neifer, it brought a much needed smile to my face after all the long hours spent in block 8 after the fire, Thanks again Shane, this set will be for my personal mandolin and i'm sure she'll ring loud and powerful!

tonight was my first time in the shop for the OLF purpose, it has been more than a week without activity in there, look at this messy shop!

Thanks for lookin'

Serge

I have three days of Christmas gift receiving. And I only asked for items from Lee Valley (smart eh?)

Last night was the first and here is what I got.

The 5/8" Hirsch Cranked chisel

And the brass hygrometer, this will be the second hygrometer in the shop. I wanted a digital and an analog one.

More to come tomorrow and the next day. This is going to be fun.

I got up this morning to find a very special stocking stuffer -- a Woodcraft modelmaker's plane. An incredible little tool.

Should have the rest of the frets in today. And please pardon the dust in the soundhole -- I'll do some housekeeping after the frets are in.

Lance no steps for this baby. The Laguna almost killed me. It will go in my garage. Nice looking chisels and Hygrometer Rod.

Jim that looks like a mighty fine plane.

Sure wish I lived near Sam!!!

Peter I can rough sand for you and you can finish ooff with your new palm sander.

JJ I think this baby will Dim the lights on the whole block.    Bobc39076.5360532407
